The Disability Power 100 of 2022
Elisabeth (Beth) Wooller has been named as one of the most influential disabled people in the UK in the Shaw Trust #DisabilityPower100!
My dream is that people with disabilities have the right tools and support to enable them to achieve their full potential. It was an honour to attend the ceremony today and meet so many truly inspirational disability ambassadors and allies who are dedicated to making this dream a reality.

I passionately believe that no one should be unfairly left behind because of their disability, and in using my experience, and my role as Chair of the EnAble network at Sainsbury's, in the most meaningful ways to ensure this doesn’t happen.
Enriching, empowering and encouraging others with disabilities - and our allies - is my mission and I am incredibly thankful for all of my supporters, colleagues, friends and family who have been on this journey with me. It is inspiring to be in the company of so many others working to create for us a more disability-confident world.
